Membership and communication consent

By purchasing a Founding Membership, you authorize On Point Business Coaching LLC / Neurodivergent Business Directory to securely process your recurring payment through Stripe and maintain your business contact information within our administrative database.

You will receive an electronic payment receipt, followed by your directory intake link on October 5, 2026 if you join before that date, or following your purchase if you join on or after October 5.

You agree to receive transactional notifications, listing update requests, directory announcements, and community communications via email. You may update your preferences or unsubscribe from general announcements using the link in our emails. Critical billing and listing verification notifications remain active for active accounts.

All directory submissions are reviewed for community safety and authenticity before publication. The directory opens November 1, 2026.

Who is eligible to be listed?

The directory is for people who identify as neurodivergent and own an operating business, professional practice, or independent service. The founding community welcomes people who identify with ADHD, autism, AuDHD, dyslexia, Tourette’s, CPTSD, high sensitivity, or related processing styles.

When does the directory launch publicly?

The public directory launches November 1, 2026. Founding enrollment runs from October 1 through December 31, 2026, when you can reserve your place and secure your founding designation.

If you join before launch, complete your profile intake so your submission can be reviewed and prepared for opening day. Listings submitted after launch are reviewed before publication.

How do I submit my bio, logo, and website?

Stripe sends your official receipt after checkout. If you join before October 5, 2026, your private onboarding link will be emailed on October 5. If you join on or after October 5, it will follow your purchase.

Use that link to upload a high-resolution logo, write your 150-word bio, choose service categories, and add your website URL, contact preferences, and operating hours. All submissions are reviewed before publication.

Can people outside the United States join?

Yes. This is an international directory for neurodivergent business owners worldwide. The directory is being built to let prospective clients find businesses by country, global service capability, or local region.

What happens when my first year ends?

Your $97 founding membership covers your first 12 months. After one full year, it automatically renews at the standard $197 annual rate unless you cancel before your renewal date.

Your founding designation does not expire. Keeping your public profile active requires an active membership.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel future renewal through your Stripe customer portal before the renewal date. There are no refunds for founding member listing purchases.
